New Jack City
This 90's tale of drug dealing in New York City follows drug king-pin Nino Brown (Wesley Snipes) as he takes over an apartment block and sets up his empire selling crack cocaine. On the other side of the law is Scott Appleton (Ice-T), a rogue cop who will not stop at anything to bring Nino down.
New Jack City has a reasonable plot and some completely over the top action sequences, but for the most part it's a pretty standard action movie. Not a bad bad movie, but there are numerous others like it.
